OUR MISSION

Our aim is to remain a sustainable business that makes a worthwhile contribution to the local community and creates a lasting legacy

Children & Young People

The greatest asset of a business is its workforce so we want to give local young people the skills they need to find secure and enjoyable careers. We want to build a place where pre-school leavers can learn and grow through hands-on work experience courses. By teaching them communication skills, the right work attitude and how to integrate themselves into a diverse workforce, we will prepare them for their futures. We regularly take on apprentices and have even had local children make windows with us while on work experience placements.

Housing

We strive to create aspirational products that meet British Industry Standards for security and weatherproofing while also being attractive. Our windows come with an ‘A’ window energy rating as standard and our PVCu is fully recycled to demonstrate our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment. We can make our products accessible for all needs and provide child safety mechanisms integrated into all our products above ground floor level.

Jobs & Skill

We were created as a business to provide employment for all and we still follow this ideal. Regardless of age, disability, culture, faith or ethnic background, we will provide sustainable employment and opportunities. We want to improve the life of local residents and create a workplace of equals; an environment where everyone can feel valued. We take an innovative approach to recruitment and understand that the traditional process doesn’t suit everyone. If application forms aren’t your strong suit, we offer trial days instead. The skills needed for making windows are more evident in hands-on experience than form-filling.

Health

Our working culture recognises the strength of all our team regardless of their disability. We focus on the positives to create improvement for individuals as well as the team as a whole. Resilience through adversity is how we create the positive attitude that all our workforce has. We have an environment where everyone is supported in their work and personal lives.

Recycling

Through our partnership with Eurocell, we are dedicated to reducing our waste. Using 100% recycled PVCu where possible and with almost 100% of production waste reused, they’re leading the way in sustainability. By using Eurocell profiles we’re helping to stay as green as possible and can pass on this to our customers. Watch this video to find out more.
